Overview

Built in 1975, the McLean House (official name McLean House North Condominium) is the only high-rise condominium within walking distance of downtown McLean shops and restaurants. The building offers 3-bed/2-bath, 2-bed/2-bath, 1-bed/1.5-bath, 1-bed/1-bath, and efficiency units with prices ranging from the $200s for efficiencies, $250-$300k for one bedroom units, mid-$300s for two bedroom units, and $400-$500k for three bedroom units.

Many owners have extensively renovated their units, therefore differences of $40k or more in the sales price of similar units is not uncommon.

Some units come with an indoor parking spot, (usually separately deeded) and occasionally some spots come up for sale (or rent). Outside unassigned parking is available for all residents and guests (decal required) and there are plenty of spaces available.
